Andrea and Adam are Married!!!

It all started with a champagne breakfast at Andrea's mum and dad's house in Comberton, Cambridgeshire and a reunion with some friends from around 20 years ago! Back then we were little girls who wanted to be dancers...

The excitement of the preparations was infused with hilarious stories of what sounded like a brilliant and naughty hen do!

Andrea had surrounded herself with people she knows and loves that morning.

It was a fun and relaxed atmosphere in the house.

There were still a few nerves, though. A big day lay ahead!

Little Molly, Andrea and Adam's little girl of 18months old, help mummy down the staircase. A beautiful bride.

Everything was colour co-ordinated to perfection...

...and the bridesmaids, dutifully looked gorgeous.

Andrea shone, like the star she is.

Adam was at the church nice and early. The beautiful 'Big Catholic Church' as we affectionately call it in Cambridge. I was so pleased to be photographing the wedding of someone I know of old in a church I have visited and passed by for so many years. It was really special.

A proud daddy walked his little girl up the aisle to her delighted groom.

Tremendous applause erupted when the priest announced Andrea (pronounced the Italian way!!) and Adam as husband and wife.

And there the celebrations began...

Such a brilliant atmosphere outside the church!

And amidst the hustle and bustle, the romance.

We went to the nature reserve in St Ives to make the most of the beautiful day.

I just love these shots!

The fabulous vintage Bently was a perfect traditional touch so that Mr and Mrs Gaynor arrived in style to their reception at Slepe Hall in St Ives.

It was the weather of Andrea's dreams... (and mine!)

The Bodywork Dance Studios girls. You haven't changed a bit!

Andrea and Adam have so many friends and family who obviously adore them.

...and I don't blame them. They are such a fun and loving couple, as the speeches illustrated.

Adam is a wedding DJ and Andrea's background is in dance and music. There's no wonder the evening entertainment was awesome!

I think these could be my favourite shots. The first dance before the Irish frivolities began...

...and no doubt continued well in to the night

Congratulations, guys. It was such a treat to see all those lovely Bodyworkers again and to see you so very happy. Enjoy the photos!
